Peer Review Process

GCEJ follows a double-blind reviewing procedure. Authors are not told who review their papers and reviewers are not told who the author of a paper is. The results of the review will be informed to the author of the article.

The editor makes an initial appraisal of each manuscript. If it seems potentially appropriate for the journal, the manuscript will be delivered to the editorial board for further review process. Once the review process has been completed, decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript is made by the editor. The editorial team holds the right and the policy to publish or reject the submitted article. Articles that do not pass the publication selection are not returned except with a request from the author.

A decision on the manuscript generally takes four to eight weeks after submission; delays in obtaining reviews may prolong this process. Manuscripts are sent out for review electronically, and all correspondence takes place via e-mail.

 

Publication Frequency

Golden Childhood Education Journal is a journal related to Early Childhood Education. It publishes twice a year in May and October. It is open to all scientists and researchers (Lecturers and Students)

Open Access Policy

Golden Childhood Education Journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. Golden Childhood Education Journal will not charge subscription or access fees. Users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of all articles in Golden Childhood Education Journal without commercial intent.
 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the  CLOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
