Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. Article standard

The author must present an accurate original article regarding the work process carried out and present an objective discussion. In the article, the data must be displayed accurately. Articles should contain sufficient detail and references for others to develop research. Intentionally false or inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

  1. Access to Data

In certain conditions, at the request of the editor, the author is asked to provide raw data in connection with the review process, the author must be ready to provide access to the editor to the data.

  1. Authenticity and plagiarism

Authors must ensure that their work is completely original, and if the author has used the work and/or words of others that have been cited or quoted appropriately.

  1. Double publication

An author should not publish a manuscript that descriptively describes the same research in more than one journal or other publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

  1. Source Acknowledgment:

Authors must always acknowledge work that has been created by others. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the submitted article.

  1. About the Author of the Article

The names of the authors listed are limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the concept, design, implementation, or interpretation of the reported research. Everyone who has made a significant contribution must be listed as an author. Where others have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they must be recognized or listed as contributors. Authors who correspond with the editors must ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included in the article and that all co-authors have seen and approved the latest version of the article and have approved its submission for publication.

  1. Conflict of Interest:

All authors must disclose in their manuscript any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that could be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project must be disclosed.

  1. Fundamental errors in published works:

When an author discovers significant errors or inaccuracies in his own published work, it is the author's obligation to immediately notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the manuscript.
