Abstract

This research has tested the hypothesis that employee performance will be influenced by leadership factors and organizational culture. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence employee performance at CV Surya Perkasa Telekomunikasi Tuban. All 25 employees have been taken as samples (census). The analysis technique used in this research is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The data analyzed came from distributing questionnaires to employees sampled in this research. The research results show that partially the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has been proven to be a moderating variable between leadership and employee performance in the research area at CV Surya Perkasa Telekomunikasi Tuban. The policy that needs to be implemented by the management of CV Surya Perkasa Telekomunikasi Tuban is to create a harmonious relationship between leaders and their subordinates, avoid conflict, and create a work environment. which is conducive. In this way, it is hoped that employee performance can be more optimal in carrying out the tasks assigned to them.

 

Penelitian ini telah menguji hipotesis bahwa kinerja karyawan akan dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor p yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada CV Surya Perkasa Telekomunikasi Tuban. Semua karyawan sejumlah 25 karyawan telah diambil semua sebagai sampel (sensus). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Data yang dianalisis berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi telah terbukti sebagai variabel moderasi antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di daerah penelitian pada CV Surya Perkasa Telekomunikasi Tuban Kebijakan yang perlu dilakukan oleh manajemen CV Surya Perkasa Telekomunikasi Tuban adalah menciptakan hubungan yang haromonis antara Pimpinan dan bawahan, menghindari terjadinya konflik, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Dengan demikian diharapkan kinerja karyawan bisa lebih optimal dalam menjalankan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya.
