Abstrak

Learning media is one of the tools used in the learning process. Learning media used in learning will affect students' interest in learning and understanding of students' concepts. The use of learning resources is still limited to the use of printed materials in the form of textbooks. This study aims to determine the validity of the development of animation video mathematics learning media assisted by Adobe After Effects based on Problem Based Learning for junior high school students. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) research. The development model used in this study is a 4-D model which is divided into 4 stages, namely, the Define, Design, Development and Disseminate stages. The results of the validity test were assessed from the results of the validation of material experts and media experts. The results of the validity test by material experts obtained an average score of 3 out of a maximum score of 4 with good criteria. The results of the validity test by media experts obtained an average score of 3.40 from a maximum score of 4 with good criteria. It was concluded that the results of the validation test of the animation video mathematics learning media assisted by Adobe After Effects based on Problem Based Learning for junior high school students were good for use in learning at school.
